Location: This lecture course, #19 in a series that started in 1987, will accommodate about 80 graduate students, postdocs and senior scientists during a 6-day summer school in Spetses, a small island of Greece, at the Anargyrios and Korgialenios School of Spetses.
Course dates: Participants should arrive on Saturday May 25th or Sunday morning May 26th, 2024. The course will start on Sunday May 26 at 4pm. Lectures, poster sessions and discussions will be held from 9am till 12.30pm and from 4pm till 7pm. The course ends in the evening of Friday May 31 and participants should depart on Saturday June 1.
Program: Active participation by the participants in all scientific activities has become a tradition. A detailed program as well as a poster and lecture abstract book will be available shortly before the meeting in PDF format. The selection of graduate student and postdoc participants to give a short talk is based on the poster abstracts, list of publications and recommendations (if requested).
Poster: All participants will present a poster during one of the poster sessions. You should bring your printed poster as there is no opportunity to print posters in Spetses. Posters are A0-sized, and preferably in portrait orientation.

Finance: Participants are expected to cover their own travel. Upon acceptance a fee of 650 € will be asked to cover registration, meals during the course, refreshments, as well as accommodation in the school. Only upon the receipt of this fee by the organizer, your participation is ensured. So please make sure of timely payment.
